Application of LED UV lamp in fluorescent painting
UV lamps are mainly used in fluorescent painting to solidify fluorescent pigments and enhance artistic effects. Their light concentration and stable irradiation can significantly improve creative efficiency and visual effects.
UV lamps can quickly cure materials such as epoxy and photosensitive adhesives by emitting three wavelengths of light: 365nm, 395nm, and 405nm, shortening waiting time. For example, traditional natural drying takes half a day, but using UV lamps can cure it in just a few minutes, significantly improving efficiency.

At night, UV light is used to illuminate fluorescent paintings. The light penetrates the varnish layer, stimulating the pigment molecules to emit light, making the painting appear milky white and enhancing the atmosphere. The difference in fluorescence reaction in dark areas can reveal traces of restoration or original details of the painting.
