1.Moisture Problems

Due to the effect of moisture curing, the negative impact of moisture must be prevented during the production process. Unused UV three-proof glue cannot be returned to the original packaging. Try to use it up at one time after the package is opened. Glue that cannot be completely used up needs to be sealed and stored immediately.

2.Light protection problem

UV glue is usually stored in a sealed and dry place away from light. This method is relatively simple, and some details are often overlooked by the user. Avoid using transparent or UV-transmitting nozzle materials for the glue spraying pipeline. Schnais recommends choosing opaque pipelines and nozzles, and even using yellow light for lighting.

3.Selection of glue application equipment
