Successfully integrating UV-LED curing systems into existing flexographic printing presses and wide-format digital inkjet printers represents not only a technological upgrade but also a significant improvement in printing efficiency and environmental performance.

High-power UV mercury lamps generate a significant amount of heat, limiting their use on heat-sensitive substrates.

Integration Challenges and Solutions for UV-LED Curing Systems:
