Our high-power UV LED curing system is engineered for UV-curable structural adhesives, optical adhesives, crystal epoxy, resin bonding and industrial assembly applications where stable UV intensity and controlled curing conditions are critical.
With up to 16 W/cm² UV intensity, water-cooled thermal management, adjustable output from 0–100%, and multiple wavelength options including 365nm, 385nm, 395nm and 405nm, the system delivers concentrated UV energy directly to the bonding area for fast and repeatable curing.
