This 395nm UV pen light is a portable UV inspection torch for UV ink, UV varnish, security marking and fluorescence detection. The 5W Epistar chip and quartz lens produce a strong, evenly spread 395nm beam that makes fluorescent tracers, UV inks and coating defects visible at a glance, while the pen-size aluminium body with pocket clip lets inspectors carry it through a full shift. FAQ

Q1: Which wavelength should I choose for inspection?
395nm and 385nm are normally used for printing and fluorescence inspection; 365nm is chosen when adhesive or resin curing is also required.

Q2: Is it battery powered or mains powered?
The standard CG-SP-5A/C runs on AC85-265V with a cable. Rechargeable battery versions are available on request.

Q3: What is the recommended working distance?
15-20mm from the sample gives the brightest fluorescence response and the highest UV intensity.

Q4: Is eye protection required?
Yes. Do not look directly into the beam and use UV safety goggles for prolonged inspection work.

Q5: Can you customise the wavelength and branding?
Yes. Wavelength, housing, cable plug type, logo and packaging can be customised for OEM and ODM projects.
