The CG-SP-70A is a 70W handheld LED UV black light torch built for fast, on-site curing of UV ink, varnish, coating and adhesive. With a 5W/cm2 UV intensity and a 15-20mm best emitting distance, it delivers concentrated ultraviolet output exactly where the operator needs it, replacing bulky mercury lamp sets in screen printing, packaging, electronics bonding and inspection work.

Every torch is assembled and aged in our Shenzhen plant, then checked for UV intensity consistency before packing. We support OEM branding, custom wavelength selection and mixed container orders, with 100 sets per day supply ability so repeat orders ship without waiting on production slots.
Q: Which wavelength should I choose?
A: 395nm and 385nm suit printing machine ink; 365nm is preferred for adhesives and inspection work.
Q: Can the UV intensity be adjusted?
A: No. The CG-SP-70A runs at a fixed 5W/cm2 output; total energy delivered depends on emitting time.
Q: How far should the torch be held from the material?
A: Keep the lens 15-20mm from the surface for the strongest cure.
