1. Product Overview

3311-2A is a UV-curable adhesive developed for bonding medical laryngeal masks. It combines high bond strength with low hardness and excellent elongation at break, so the bond line stays flexible instead of becoming brittle. It cures quickly under UV light and is suitable for flexible plastic-to-plastic bonding.

2. Key Features

• High strength: tensile strength of 14 MPa.
• Low hardness: Shore D 40, which keeps the bonded joint soft and flexible.
• Excellent elongation at break: the cured adhesive can stretch with the flexible plastic parts it joins.
• Fast curing: only 300 mJ/cm² of UV energy is needed, the lowest curing energy among the 3311 medical series.
• Low viscosity: 400±100 mPa.s, easy to dispense and spread.
• Transparent: clear cured adhesive line.
• Long shelf life: 12 months when stored at 8–28°C.

5. Usage Guide

• Make sure the bonding surfaces are clean and dry.
• Dispense the adhesive onto the bonding area.
• Assemble the parts and expose the adhesive line to UV light until the curing energy reaches 300 mJ/cm².
• Check that the adhesive has fully cured before the next process.
