The CG-CT5 is a 2400W water-cooled UV LED curing solution engineered for high-speed, high-consistency curing of UV inks, varnishes, coatings and optical adhesives. A 400 × 50mm quartz-protected emitting window produces a uniform UV field across the full aperture, which makes the system a direct fit for OCA screen bonding lines, label and packaging printing, glass bonding and automated optical manufacturing cells.

Why Water Cooling

Higher power density on a narrow 400 × 50mm aperture generates concentrated heat. The integrated water channel removes that heat at the source, so the CG-CT5 sustains full 2400W output without irradiance decay, thermal drift or damage to temperature-sensitive substrates — a decisive advantage over air-cooled heads in continuous OCA bonding lines.
