Designed for the fast-evolving electronics, display and new energy sectors, the new additions provide manufacturers with precisely matched solutions for light blocking, quantum dot display protection, NTC sensor sealing and battery encapsulation.
Modern electronic assemblies place very different demands on sealing materials. An optical module must exclude stray light completely; a quantum dot film must be shielded from moisture and oxygen; an NTC sensor needs a soft, flexible protection that follows the movement of flexible circuits; and a battery pack demands fast processing combined with reliable insulation. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all product, Super-Curing Opto developed four dedicated formulations, each tuned to the specific working conditions of its target application.
Model 3702 is a black UV cure adhesive developed for optical sensors, camera modules and LED components where light leakage must be eliminated. Its black formulation achieves a high OD value for effective light shielding, while excellent surface and deep curing ensure complete cross-linking in every application. With 73D hardness, high toughness and a reworkable nature, it supports efficient assembly and repair. The product also offers a low water vapor transmission rate, resistance to boiling water, and outstanding high and low temperature performance with long-term aging resistance.
Model 3707 is a transparent UV sealant formulated for quantum dot enhancement film encapsulation. It provides excellent compatibility with quantum dots, keeping optical performance intact while building a strong barrier against moisture and oxygen. The cured material withstands high temperature, high humidity and repeated cold-hot shock, making it suitable for display modules that must maintain stable brightness and color over years of service.
Model 3766 is an amber transparent UV sealant created for NTC thermistors and new energy sensor applications. Its low hardness of 50A and excellent flexibility allow it to absorb mechanical stress and survive repeated bending, which is essential for FPC-based sensor assemblies. At the same time, it delivers high adhesion to both FPC and metal substrates, good moisture resistance and reliable aging performance, with a dielectric strength of 18 kV/mm for electrical safety.
Model 3767 is an amber transparent UV adhesive engineered for battery sealing lines. It cures exceptionally fast at 600 mJ/cm2, helping manufacturers shorten cycle times without compromising quality. The cured adhesive combines high flexibility with high bond strength, accommodating thermal expansion while keeping housings securely sealed. It is compatible with both spray and dispensing equipment, resists chemicals and aging, and provides a dielectric strength of 23 kV/mm for dependable insulation in battery systems.
