Product Overview

The multi channel UV LED spot curing system drives up to four independent fibre-coupled light heads from one controller. Each channel carries its own wavelength (365nm, 385nm, 395nm or 405nm) and its own intensity setting, and all channels can fire at the same time. That means a fixture holding several small parts, or one part bonded with a dual-cure adhesive, finishes in a single cycle instead of being run through the lamp one wavelength at a time.

Every channel is addressed separately on the LCD panel or from the PLC, so a 365nm surface tack and a 395nm through-cure can be combined on the same station. Small parts such as camera module lenses, voice coil motors, sensor housings, syringe needles and micro PCB components are cured with low heat load and repeatable dose.
