Operation and Curing Guide

1. Surface preparation: clean the glass and bonding surfaces to remove oil, dust and contaminants for full adhesion.
2. Dispensing: apply the adhesive evenly to the glass fixing area.
3. Assembly: position and join the glass parts and remove any excess adhesive before curing.
4. UV curing: expose the adhesive to UV light at 800 mJ/cm² until fully cured.
5. Inspection: verify complete coverage and a firm, transparent bond.
6. Rework: gently separate bonded parts, clean the surfaces and re-apply the adhesive when repair is needed.
