3303 UV Curing Plastic Bonding Adhesive is a light yellow transparent UV adhesive with medium viscosity and fast curing. It provides a quick surface dry (tack-free) finish and good adhesion to a wide range of plastics including PC, PS, ABS, PMMA, PVC and APET. It is recommended for medium-area plastic-to-plastic bonding in assembly and packaging applications.

Operation and Curing Guide

  1. Surface preparation: clean the plastic surfaces to remove oil, dust and contaminants for maximum adhesion.
  2. Dispensing: apply the adhesive evenly to the bonding area.
  3. Assembly: position and join the parts, pressing to spread the adhesive and removing any excess before curing.
  4. UV curing: expose the adhesive to UV light at 700 mJ/cm² until fully cured.
  5. Inspection: verify a uniform bond with a clean, surface dry finish and no bubbles.
  6. Rework: gently separate bonded parts, clean the surfaces and re-apply the adhesive when repair is needed.
