Working Principle
The system uses high-power UV LED chips to emit a stable narrow-band ultraviolet beam. The conveyor carries the workpiece under the lamp head at a constant speed, and the UV energy instantly triggers the photo-initiator inside ink, varnish, coating or adhesive so curing completes within seconds. Because no mercury lamp is used, there is no warm-up time, no ozone, no VOC discharge and no substrate heat damage.
