The CG-CHX-300x300mm-1000A/C is a fully enclosed 1000W UV LED curing chamber configured for medical sensor component bonding. It cures low-shrinkage UV adhesives, electronic component fixing adhesives, and optical adhesives used to lock sensors, brackets, and housings into their designed positions, suppressing assembly offset and vibration-induced drift in finished medical devices.

• Physiological parameter sensor modules - SpO2, temperature, pressure, and other vital-sign sensing units

• Low-shrinkage adhesive compatibility - dimmable 0-100% intensity allows a low-dose tack cure to fix position, followed by a full-dose cure, limiting cure shrinkage stress on small footprints.
• Uniform 300 x 300 mm cure field - quartz optical lensing delivers even irradiance across the whole tray, so every sensor module in a batch receives the same dose.
• Reproducible recipes - timer, intensity, and recipe storage on the touch screen keep bond strength consistent between operators and shifts, with a production counter for batch traceability.
• Clean, ozone-free operation - no mercury, no ozone, no VOC discharge, suitable for cleanroom assembly areas.
