CG-CT3 1500W Water Cooling LED UV Curing Lamp – 400x30mm Linear Emitting Window

The CG-CT3 series is a 1500W water cooled LED UV curing lamp built for continuous production lines. A 400x30mm linear emitting window spreads uniform UV energy across the full web width, so UV ink, varnish, coating and adhesive cure in one pass at high line speed. Water cooling keeps the LED array at stable junction temperature during 24 hour runs, which preserves irradiance and extends lamp life to 20000 hours.

Installation Notes

Keep 30-50mm from substrate for rated irradiance, supply cooling water at 20-25°C with 2-4 L/min flow, and earth the housing properly. Air cooling fan or chiller matched sets are available on request. OEM labelling, custom window length (200mm to 2000mm) and special wavelength bins can be produced to order.
