The Challenge

A Tier-1 optical component manufacturer needed an ultra-precise bonding solution for next-generation smartphone quad-camera systems. Their legacy curing setup faced critical bottlenecks:

  • Thermal Sensitivity: Traditional mercury lamps generated excessive infrared heat, causing sub-micron lens warping and image distortion.
