This water-cooled UV LED curing system provides high-intensity UV output with selectable 365nm, 385nm, 395nm and 405nm wavelengths, making it suitable for UV LED-compatible inks used in label printing, narrow web flexographic printing, screen printing and other industrial printing processes.
With up to 18 W/cm² UV intensity, 0–100% adjustable output, instant ON/OFF operation and low thermal impact, the system is designed to help printers achieve fast curing while protecting heat-sensitive label substrates.
The emitting window, wavelength, UV intensity and mechanical configuration can be customized according to your printing machine and curing requirements.
