Operation and Curing Guide

1. Surface preparation: Clean the metal nut, screw and bonding surfaces to remove oil, dust and contaminants so the adhesive can develop full adhesion and strength.
2. Dispensing: Apply the 3113 adhesive evenly to the thread or fixing area. Blue, green and red color options make it easy to identify the product and inspect the dispensed pattern.
3. Assembly: Position and join the nut and screw parts, then remove any excess adhesive from the surrounding surfaces before curing.
4. UV curing: Expose the adhesive to UV light at an energy of 600 mJ/cm² until it is fully cured. Actual curing time depends on light intensity, distance and substrate.
5. Inspection: After curing, check that the adhesive fully covers the fixing area and that the nut and screw are firmly secured.
6. Rework: Thanks to its good toughness and reworkability, bonded parts can be repaired when needed. Gently separate the parts, clean the surfaces and re-apply the adhesive.
