Operation and Curing Guide

1. Surface preparation: clean the surfaces to remove oil, dust and contaminants for maximum adhesion.
2. Dispensing: apply the adhesive evenly to the bonding area.
3. Assembly: position and join the parts, pressing to spread the adhesive and removing any excess before curing.
4. UV curing: expose the adhesive to UV light at 600 mJ/cm² until fully cured.
5. Inspection: verify a uniform bond with no whitening or bubbles.
6. Rework: gently separate bonded parts, clean the surfaces and re-apply the adhesive when repair is needed.
