Operation Guide

1. Surface preparation: clean the PC or PET substrate to remove oil, dust and contaminants for maximum adhesion.
2. Coating: apply the UV transfer adhesive evenly to the film or mold surface.
3. Lamination: place and press the substrate onto the coated surface, removing any trapped air.
4. UV curing: expose the adhesive to UV light at 1000 mJ/cm² (UV) until fully cured.
5. Release: peel the carrier film or mold away from the cured transfer layer.
6. Inspection: verify a uniform, transparent transfer with no bubbles or whitening.
