3319 UV Curing IMT Transfer Printing Adhesive is a light yellow transparent UV adhesive for IMT (in-mold transfer) decoration. It cures fast, releases easily from the mold and delivers high hardness with excellent coating performance and anti-yellowing clarity. The cured layer offers excellent resistance to aging, high temperature and humidity, and high-low temperature cycling.

Operation Guide

1. Surface preparation: clean the substrate to remove oil, dust and contaminants.
2. Coating: apply the UV IMT transfer adhesive evenly to the film or mold surface.
3. Lamination: place and press the substrate onto the coated surface, removing any trapped air.
4. UV curing: expose to UV light at 1000 mJ/cm² until fully cured.
5. Release: demold the cured transfer layer from the carrier film or mold.
6. Inspection: verify a uniform, transparent transfer with no bubbles or whitening.
