FAQ
Q1: Will UV glue cure without being exposed to a UV lamp after application?
A1: Virtually not. UV glue is a photosensitive material and must absorb sufficient energy of ultraviolet light (usually 365nm or 395nm wavelength) to cure. Under normal indoor sunlight, it will only become sticky very slowly.
Q2: What temperature can the cured UV adhesive withstand?
A2: Ordinary acrylic systems typically withstand temperatures from -50°C to 120°C; high-performance epoxy systems (such as model 3730, which has a high Tg value and hardness) can withstand long-term temperatures exceeding 150°C, fully meeting the heat requirements of LED lights and automotive lights.
