Low Viscosity UV Adhesive Description
"Low viscosity, crystal-clear bonding." This low viscosity UV adhesive is specially formulated for optical film lamination and display screen assembly. Its low viscosity allows a thin, uniform coating that spreads easily and releases air quickly, delivering a bubble-free, highly transparent optical bond. Combined with a professional UV light source, it cures in just 3-30 seconds for efficient automated production.

FAQ
Q1: What is the viscosity of this UV adhesive?
It is a low viscosity grade (approximately 500-1500 cP), which allows a thin, uniform coating that spreads easily and releases air quickly for bubble-free optical bonding.
Q2: How fast does it cure?
It cures in 3-30 seconds under a professional UV light source. Exact time depends on UV intensity, adhesive layer thickness and substrate.
Q3: What substrates can it bond?
It is designed for optical film lamination and display assembly, bonding PET, TAC, polarizer film, glass, acrylic and similar optical substrates.
Q4: What UV light source and wavelength are required?
A 365nm or 395nm UV LED curing lamp is recommended. The light must reach the bond line to activate the adhesive.
Q5: What is the packaging and minimum order quantity?
Standard packaging is a 50g plastic bottle, and the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Custom packaging is available on request.
Q6: How should the adhesive be stored and what is its shelf life?
Store in a cool, dark and dry place away from direct sunlight. Unopened shelf life is approximately 12 months; keep the bottle sealed after use.
