3789 and 3789L are high viscosity UV curing adhesives specially formulated for galvanized sheet fixing and LCD metal backplate bonding. With excellent adhesion to glass and metal, outstanding alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, they deliver reliable fixation in demanding electronic assembly applications.

A: 3789L is a lower viscosity grade (7500±1000 mPa·s) with faster curing at 600 mJ/cm², while 3789 offers higher viscosity (11500±2000 mPa·s) and cures at 800 mJ/cm². Both provide excellent adhesion to glass and metal.
