3768 is a milky white, solvent-free UV curing adhesive engineered for FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) connector sealing, potting and edge bonding in electronic devices. It achieves fast cure under standard UV or LED UV light sources, offers excellent adhesion to multiple substrates, and forms a flexible bond that withstands repeated bending during assembly and daily use.

Q1: Which substrates can 3768 bond to?
3768 provides strong adhesion to FPC, PI, PC, PET, glass, ceramic and metal substrates such as copper, aluminum and stainless steel, making it a versatile choice for electronic assembly.
Q2: What light source and curing dose are required?
3768 cures with standard UV or LED UV lamps (365-405 nm). A cure dose of 1200 mJ/cm² is recommended; typical cure time is only a few seconds depending on lamp power and distance.
Q3: Is the cured adhesive flexible enough for bending applications?
Yes. With a Shore A hardness of 65, the cured adhesive remains flexible and bend resistant, so it will not crack or delaminate when the FPC is folded or flexed repeatedly.
Q4: Is 3768 suitable for automated dispensing?
Yes. Its viscosity of 7000 ± 1000 mPa.s at 25°C delivers clean, controllable dispensing without stringing or sagging, ideal for high-speed automated production lines.
Q5: What are the storage conditions and shelf life?
Store in the original sealed container at 8-28°C, away from light and heat sources. Shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
Q6: What packaging options and samples are available?
3768 is available in 50g and 300g syringes, with OEM packaging supported. Free samples can be provided for your trial and validation before bulk ordering.
