UV Curing BMS PCB Conformal Coating
3200 is an amber transparent, solvent-free UV curing conformal coating specially developed for BMS (Battery Management System) PCB, PCB and FPC protection. It offers low hardness, low irritation and low odor for a friendly working environment, good adhesion to PCB substrates, plastics, glass and metal, and can be formulated with blue fluorescence to make coating inspection faster and easier. The cured film provides excellent anti-yellowing, moisture and chemical resistance.

Q1: Which substrates can 3200 coat?
3200 provides good adhesion to PCB laminates, solder mask, plastics, glass and metal surfaces such as copper, aluminum and nickel, covering most BMS and electronic board applications.
Q2: What light source and curing dose are required?
3200 cures with standard UV or LED UV lamps (365-405 nm). A cure dose of 1500 mJ/cm² is recommended, with cure time of a few seconds to tens of seconds depending on lamp power and coating thickness.
Q3: How does the blue fluorescence help inspection?
The coating contains a blue fluorescent indicator that glows under UV light, so operators can quickly and clearly verify full coverage and detect missed areas after curing.
Q4: Is the low viscosity suitable for spray or dip coating?
Yes. With a viscosity of 450 ± 150 mPa.s at 25°C, 3200 flows evenly and is suitable for spray, dip, brush or automated dispensing processes.
Q5: What are the storage conditions and shelf life?
Store in the original sealed container at 8-28°C, away from light and heat sources. Shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
Q6: What packaging options and samples are available?
3200 is available in 1kg and 5kg bottles, with OEM packaging supported. Free samples can be provided for trial and validation before bulk orders.
