UV Moisture Dual Cure Adhesive
3260 UV Moisture Dual Cure Adhesive is formulated for applications where special monomers such as IBOA are restricted. It combines fast UV curing at 1200 mJ/cm² with moisture curing in shadow areas, offering low odor, excellent resistance to high/low temperature cycling and high temperature high humidity, and a transparent blue appearance. It is ideal for precision bonding of electronic and structural parts.

Q1: What is the 3260 adhesive mainly used for?
3260 is a UV moisture dual-cure adhesive for bonding electronic components, precision assemblies and structural parts, especially in applications where IBOA and special monomers are restricted.
Q2: What does IBOA free mean?
The formulation does not contain IBOA (isobornyl acrylate) or other special-application restricted monomers, meeting stricter material compliance requirements.
Q3: How does the dual-cure system work?
It cures fast under UV light at 1200 mJ/cm², and shadow areas not exposed to light cure gradually through moisture for complete curing.
Q4: Is the odor low during application?
Yes. 3260 features a low odor formulation, providing a more comfortable working environment for operators.
Q5: How does it perform in harsh environments?
It offers outstanding resistance to high/low temperature cycling and high temperature high humidity, maintaining reliable bonding over time.
Q6: What are the storage conditions?
Store at 8-28°C in the original sealed container. Shelf life is 12 months. Available in 50g and 300g packaging.
