UV Anaerobic Dual Cure Structural Adhesive
366 UV Anaerobic Dual Cure Structural Adhesive combines UV curing with anaerobic curing, making it ideal for bonding applications where one side is opaque and contains metal materials. It delivers high adhesion to metal and glass, excellent high and low temperature resistance with wave soldering compatibility, and can achieve 3-minute anaerobic positioning when used with 7649 accelerator. Typical applications include micro motors, buzzer chips and glass-to-metal bonding.

Q1: What is the 366 adhesive mainly used for?
366 is a UV anaerobic dual cure structural adhesive used for bonding one-side opaque assemblies containing metal materials, such as micro motors, buzzer chips and glass-to-metal applications.
Q2: How does the dual curing system work?
UV light cures the exposed areas instantly, while the anaerobic mechanism cures the shadow areas that light cannot reach. With 7649 accelerator, anaerobic positioning can be achieved within 3 minutes.
Q3: What materials does it adhere to?
366 provides high adhesion to metal and glass substrates, making it suitable for structural bonding in electronic assemblies.
Q4: Can it withstand wave soldering?
Yes. 366 offers excellent high and low temperature resistance and is wave soldering compatible, maintaining reliable bonding through soldering processes.
Q5: What does the adhesive look like?
366 is a light yellow transparent adhesive, allowing easy visual inspection during dispensing and assembly.
Q6: What are the storage conditions?
Store at 8-28°C in the original sealed container. Shelf life is 12 months. Available in 250ml and 1kg packaging.
