"High clarity, elastic bonding." This high clarity UV light curing silicone glue is specially engineered for bonding LED lenses to acrylic and glass substrates. With strong adhesion, high elasticity and excellent weatherability, it keeps optical parts precisely fixed and delivers long-term structural reliability under demanding temperature and humidity conditions. Curing under UV light (1200 mJ/cm²) with a transparent, high-transmission bond line.

It cures under UV irradiation with a recommended cumulative UV dose of 1200 mJ/cm². Actual curing time depends on lamp power, UV intensity and layer thickness.
Q2: What substrates can it bond?
It offers strong adhesion to acrylic (PMMA) and glass, and also bonds PC (polycarbonate), other optical plastics and metals.
Q3: Is the cured bond optically clear?
Yes. It cures into a high clarity, transparent bond line with high light transmission, so it will not affect the optical performance of LED lenses.
Q4: Why is high viscosity important for LED lens bonding?
The high viscosity (40,000 ± 10,000 mPa·s) keeps the adhesive precisely where dispensed without slumping or flowing into unintended optical zones before curing.
Q5: What is the packaging and minimum order quantity?
Standard packaging is a 1 kg bottle, and the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Custom syringe packaging is available for automated lines.
Q6: How should it be stored and what is its shelf life?
