FAQ
Q1: How does this LCD end seal UV adhesive cure?
It cures rapidly under UV light with a recommended cumulative UV energy of 1000 mJ/cm². Curing speed depends on UV intensity, wavelength and layer thickness.
Q2: What substrates can it bond?
It is designed for glass and metal bonding, offering strong adhesion to ITO glass, glass panels, aluminum, stainless steel and alloy frames used in display modules.
Q3: Is it suitable for damp-heat and harsh environments?
Yes. It features outstanding damp-heat resistance and a high glass transition temperature (Tg 75°C), ensuring long-term reliability without delamination in warm, humid conditions.
Q4: What makes it ideal for LCD panel sealing and end sealing?
Its high viscosity (20,000 ± 2,000 mPa·s) prevents overflow during application, while high hardness (Shore D 78) and high dielectric strength provide structural stability and electrical insulation.
Q5: What is the packaging and minimum order quantity?
Standard packaging is a 1 kg bottle, and the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Custom packaging is available on request.
Q6: How should it be stored and what is its shelf life?
Store in its original tightly sealed container at 8-28°C in a cool, dark and dry place away from light. Unopened shelf life is approximately 12 months.
