"Reliable protection, easy inspection." This circuit board protection glue (3200) is an amber transparent, solvent-free UV curing conformal coating specially developed for EV battery pack BMS boards and flexible printed circuits (FPC). It offers low hardness, low irritation and low odor for a friendly working environment, good adhesion to PCB substrates, plastics, glass and metal, and its blue fluorescence makes coating inspection faster and easier. The cured film provides excellent anti-yellowing, moisture and chemical resistance.

  • Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of oil, dust or flux residues before coating.
  • Apply a uniform coating thickness; avoid excess build-up around pads and connectors.
  • UV curing requires light to reach the coating; shadowed areas under components may need additional passes.
  • Apply in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; wear protective gloves and safety goggles.
  • In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
  • Store sealed at 8-28°C in a cool, dark and dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep out of reach of children.
  • Coating performance may vary with substrate, thickness and UV intensity; please run a test before mass production.
