Circuit Board Protection Glue Description
"Reliable protection, easy inspection." This circuit board protection glue (3200) is an amber transparent, solvent-free UV curing conformal coating specially developed for EV battery pack BMS boards and flexible printed circuits (FPC). It offers low hardness, low irritation and low odor for a friendly working environment, good adhesion to PCB substrates, plastics, glass and metal, and its blue fluorescence makes coating inspection faster and easier. The cured film provides excellent anti-yellowing, moisture and chemical resistance.
