Precautions

• Perform lamination in a clean, dust-free environment; surfaces must be clean, dry and free of oil or particles.
• Low viscosity spreads quickly; apply a thin, uniform layer and control the coating amount to avoid overflow and edge contamination.
• Allow adequate deaeration to prevent air bubbles in the optical bond layer.
• UV curing requires light to reach the adhesive; UV-blocking or opaque films may not fully cure.
• Apply in a well-ventilated area. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; wear protective gloves and safety goggles.
